WATCH FOR THE OPEN ENROLLMENT MATERIALS to arrive in your mailbox in early May:

• Learn all about your benefit options and changes for 2020/2021.
• Review your current benefit choices (listed in bold type on your enrollment form).
• Consider the Yellow Plan! You’ll get a $1,000 HRA if you have Employee Only coverage or $2,000 HRA if you have Employee and Family coverage. And, you’ll have a lower payroll deduction!
• Decide if you want to roll over your current benefits or if you want to make changes during Open Enrollment.
• Enroll online or by paper. Open Enrollment ends May 22.
