Public Employees Local 71 Mourns the Loss of Our Brother, Bryan Imus

Bryan Imus.jpg

On Saturday, July 21st Bryan was lost to a fatal ATV rollover on the bank of the Goodpaster River in Interior Alaska. We hold his wife Jennifer and two young boys close as we remember our Brother.

Bryan Imus was a worker, friend, father, husband, coach, brother, son, colleague, and tireless advocate for Alaskan workers. Bryan was one of those rare people who made a positive impact on everything he touched. He was the President of our Sister Union, Alaska Laborers 942 in Fairbanks. He is missed immensely by his Union Brotherhood/Sisterhood.

A memorial service for Byran will be held in Fairbanks on. Saturday August 4th from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Pipeline Training Center Building C, 3605 Cartwright Court off Davis Road. The family has requested donations to the Bryan Imus Donation account at Wells Fargo in lieu of flowers. A remembrance of Bryan is published here: https://www.legacy.com/obituaries/newsminer/obituary.aspx?n=bryan-imus&pid=189750817
