Today, Judge Gregory Miller issued a Temporary Restraining Order against the Dunleavy Administration to protect Workers‘ Rights.

The Order takes place IMMEDIATELY and says:

“The State of Alaska and third-party defendants Governor Michael Dunleavy, … Kevin Clarkson, … Commissioner Kelly Tshibaka, and the State of Alaska, … and their officers, employees, servants, agents, and all others acting on their behalf …, are enjoined from taking any actions to implement the Attorney General's opinion letter or the State's Administrative Order No. 312, and from making any changes to the State employee dues deduction practices …”

If you at any point feel that your employer is coercing you to quit your union or to keep you from signing up, that is another violation, and we need to know immediately to defend your rights.
